Before you send your first client
Will you ever contact my client directly?
Only to deliver their trip: arrival, transfers and on-the-ground support. We never market to them, quote them or accept bookings from them.
What currency do you quote in?
US dollars. All quotes and invoices are confidential net rates in USD, and you set your own selling price.
How can we pay?
By bank transfer in USD, with all bank charges paid by the sender. Or by secure card payment link, charged in IDR and calculated from your USD invoice at the bank rate on the day the link is issued.
How quickly will I get a quote?
We reply within 2 business hours and send quotations within 24 hours whenever possible.
What are your payment and cancellation terms?

What happens if something goes wrong while my client is in Bali?
Our Bali team is the direct local contact for the whole trip and handles issues on the ground. We keep you informed.
